HKU’s response on the provisional liquidation of Paul Y Engineering Group Limited

The University of Hong Kong (HKU) has been closely monitoring the progress of the Pokfield Campus development project. With a view to enable the project to proceed, the University is currently preparing for the transfer of the project to another main contractor and other related arrangements in accordance with the Court's decision. As the case is still under judicial proceedings, HKU is not in a position to comment on the details at this stage.
