The Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong will organise the seminar, entitled “Parents versus Preschools: Lessons from Hong Kong” on April 10, 2025 (Thursday). This seminar, as part of the 40th Anniversary Seminar Series, will be delivered by Professor Nirmala Rao and moderated by Professor Catherine K. K. Chan.
This seminar will explore the vital roles of parents and preschools in early childhood development, and examine the influences of parenting, teaching, and policy within Hong Kong’s education system.
